At the end, you will receive a printable summary of your registration request and an e-mail confirmation of your request. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until you hear from our Online Registration Advisor; many of our programs and rooms do sell out, and we cannot guarantee availability. You will receive an e-mail within 48 hours either confirming your registration or letting you know if the program or room type you selected is unavailable. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 90 days before each program. If less than 90 days a transfer for another program is allowed within 12 months, an extra $50 processing transfer fee will apply and any extra charge for a difference in program price. No refund will be offered for cancellations made with less than 90 days notice, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early.  Transfers are allowed 15 days before the program.

Spirit Quest Retreats reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; if Spirit Quest Retreats cancels a program, you will receive a full refund for tuition and accommodations.

Travel Insurance: We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.
