CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: A full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made 90 days before the start of the program.  If the cancellation request is made between 90 days and 3 days before the start of the program, you may choose to transfer the program to another person or receive a credit in the amount of the program to be used within 12 months, minus a $100 processing fee.  If you opt to transfer to a more expensive program, you must pay the difference in program cost.  No refunds are available for requests made less than 3 days ahead of time, if you do not show up, or if you leave the program early.  Additionally, if you choose to arrive early for the program, you must pay for the added nights of lodging. 

Spirit Quest Retreats reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.  If Spirit Quest Retreats cancels a program, you will receive a full refund for tuition and accommodations.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.
