Notice: This is a legally binding agreement.  By reserving on this site, you contractually agree to never bring a court action to recover compensation or obtain any other remedy for any injury to yourself, your property or for your death however caused arising out of your participation with: Operadora Vida Asana, S.A, Spirit Quest Retreats, LLC, Spirit Quest S.A, Invertronic Capital Services S.A, and Casas Naturales de Costa Rica S.A., hereafter as "THE OPERATORS".

Acknowledgement of Risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the activities conducted by The Operators, you acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from activities involving the wilderness, wildlife, adventure activities or outdoor sports including: surfing, hiking, yoga, outdoor camping, ropes-courses, horseback riding or kayaking can be significant and can result in permanent injuries or death. While particular skills, equipment and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the risk of serious injury does exist;
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF THE OPERATORS or others participating in our programs and activities, and I assume full responsibility for my participation;
3. I willingly agree to comply with the rules and safety policies for participating in THE OPERATORS activities and programs.  I understand that wearing a helmet during the ropes courses, kayaking or mountaineering is required. If however I observe any breach of the rules and safety policies or unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring these events to the attention of the staff of THE OPERATORS immediately;
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and next of kin, HEREBY DO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OPERATORS, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, volunteers or other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners, and lessors of premises used for the activities and program's OPERATORS,  WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation in the activities, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE OPERATORS OR OTHERWISE. by law.
5. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age, and that I have read this Realese of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, or if I am less than 18 years of age, this Release has been signed on my behalf by my Parent or Legal Guardian, and agree to all its terms, Waivers, Indemnities, and Disclaimers of Warranties. (For children under the age of 18, please fill in the children activities form).

You fully certify that you are in good health and that I have no physical limitations which would preclude my safe participation in all the previously mentioned activities.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT.  I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS.  I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY RESERVING IN THIS SITE.
